Remove the ARCH / CPU defines.
These only reflect on what arch/cpu bitlbee was built, not on which
it is running. This makes the Debian package unreproducible.
See e.g.
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/rb-pkg/testing/i386/bitlbee.html
