Instructions for building BitlBee for Windows
=============================================

1) Install the mingw32 compiler

2) Compile GLib2 for the target i586-mingw32msvc

3) Cross-compile BitlBee:

$ ./configure --target=i586-mingw32msvc --ssl=bogus --arch=Windows
