core mySociety services (petitions are simple and understood; people wanting to
talk about their request and take it further, can probably most simply and
easily start communicating by starting a blog). We so need a nice verb to
describe why people might want to use PledgeBank - that I can't convey well it
in a sentence shows how hard it is.
